I had a bad experience here. I got a hair patch with a 10 month warranty and expensive one, after two months of usage the hairs started to come out, when i showed them the just inserted hairs in a little area leaving the rest. Now again i went for repairing of the patch, my warranty date was from 12 june 2022 for 10 months but they said that the warranty got over in march, i dont know how do they calculate this. At the time of new patch, big big false hopes were given but they never stand on it. Overall bad experience In response to your reply: - the hair patch didn't torn in two months, only the hairs came out which i reported and sufficient time was given as no condition of ASAP was told but you told that for repairing give the patch on weekdays which was not possible for me and neither told by you when patch was provided. - complete repairing of patch was not done only a little part of patch was done. - customer never gives a false feedback, if you cant digest the feedback then dont ask for it in initial stage. - yes you told that you will repair the patch in next month but that also because some one else was there who told you that you are counting days wrong, but i dont need any further services from you. # bad experience
